Online Course for Students
Get rid of the unwanted thoughts and live your best life
Many students face academic and social pressures that can exacerbate intrusive thoughts. This course equips university students with strategies to manage intrusive thoughts through evidence-based techniques and expert interviews. Gain insights, reduce distress, and build mental resilience to navigate academic life with clarity and confidence.
University can be tough, and sometimes your mind gets stuck on random, stressful thoughts that won’t let go. Whether it’s worrying about grades, stressing over social situations, or overthinking everything, these thoughts can drain your energy, mess with your sleep, and make it hard to focus.
With so much to juggle—assignments, exams, and figuring out your future—these thoughts can quickly become overwhelming.
Learning how to manage them is key to staying on top of your work and protecting your mental health. Our online course is designed for ages 18-25 and draws on the instructor’s own journey overcoming intrusive thoughts as well as experience as a youth counsellor, psychotherapist, and medical journalist.
You’ll gain practical tools to reduce stress, manage your mind, and make the most of your uni years.
Let’s work together to reclaim your peace and happiness.
